	contatta Michele Faienza Termoli ( provincia di Campobasso ) Due parole su di me : I started my career with an Italian company that owns a passenger M/V after graduating from the '' Ugo Tiberio '' nautical institute in Termoli (Italy). In 2019 I then had the opportunity to embark on a bulk carrier as an DECK CADET where I was able to greatly expand my professional and also cultural background. During these years I have been able to greatly appreciate the yachting industry and be very fascinated by it. In this regard, I obtained certificates issued by the RYA in 2021, with the aim of becoming part of this new world and being able to reach leadership positions on large yachts in the not too distant future. I like to work as part of a team, I am easy going and good natured. I aim to perform each task to the best of my ability and to improve where possible. My professional goal is to offer my experience as a sailor or deck cadet on a charter or private motor or sailing yacht.
